Responsibilities:

This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving organizational growth.

  • Spearhead and oversee strategic initiatives within the Growth Office, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and implement growth strategies
  •  Lead mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, joint ventures (JVs), and fundraising initiatives and explore opportunities for global expansion
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue generation and optimize existing revenue streams, collaborate with internal teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Manage and revitalize existing business practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness and implement innovative solutions to enhance overall business performance
  • Efficiently manage executive calendars, ensuring optimal use of time and alignment with business priorities, coordinate and schedule key meetings, appointments, and events
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives

 Competencies and Skills:

  • Proven ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent time management skills, with a strong process-oriented approach. Ideally possesses a strong "J" (Judging) trait in the MBTI profile
  • Fluent in both oral and written English and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in communication
  • Demonstrates professional discretion and adheres to high ethical standards
  • Proficient in critical thinking to engage effectively with senior leaders, extracting necessary data and generating insightful reports
  • Demonstrates robust organizational skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and adept at managing concurrent processes.
  • Displays a strong desire and humility to learn and adapt to evolving challenges
  • Proactive initiative-taker with high energy levels

Education & requirement:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a comparable or similar role, showcasing proficiency in the requisite skills
  • Holds at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in B2B or a knowledge service organization is an added advantage
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for effective communication, documentation, and data analysis
  • Energetic and self-motivated individual with a passion for continuous learning and professional development
  • Demonstrates the ability to plan work in a methodical manner, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
