Key Responsibilities

  •  Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications via an applicant tracking system
  • Scheduling interviews for panel members, coordinating with the candidate and interviewer
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitude for the role wa
  • Ensure great candidate experience from start to end of the recruiting process
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices work with team members across functions and with Directors to address all types of recruiting issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties and interests
  • Create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement, talent retention

Desired background 

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience across functions in a professional services setup
  • An MBA in Human resources is preferred
  • Thorough experience across – Compliance, Recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Desired competencies 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook and other computer softwares
  • High energy and hustle to own functions and move through a highly charged and fast paced environment
  • High task and output orientation – drive towards productivity
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Flexibility and hands on – willing to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Ability to learn quickly to be able to understand organizational processes and follow them
  • Must be strongly process oriented with a very strong ability to deal with a fragmented agenda
  • Must be a values-driven individual with high degree of integrity
