Present in four strategic locations in India (Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai), Praxis Global Alliance works with C-suite to the front-line executives across business streams helping them with end-to-end business enablement, organizational transformation and revenue maximization support in an agile environment.

About the role:

As a Delivery Partner you assume a great deal of responsibility to lead large delivery teams in Praxis across verticals / offices, and to guide the entire analytical process and recommend solutions that make a real impact. Delivery Partners lead five to six projects end to end in parallel, will have two to three managers / principals directy reporting to them, and have full ownership of the deliverables and assume leadership roles on their team - as such, your team's successes also enhance your own personal results story.

Exposed to more complex client interactions, delivery partners play the pivotal significant role in influencing senior level thinking and moving clients to action. You not only provide answers to questions and detail their strategic implications, but you are also encouraged to support our culture of giving back by motivating your colleagues and the firm at large to apply their talents to support a particular social cause.

As a delivery partner, you will  also be engaging in moderate business development activities and client relationship management along with overseeing high quality delivery of projects upto and above client expectations.

•This role is in the Praxis business unit of Praxis Global Alliance
•Lead the day-to-day execution of multiple (5 - 6 at one point in time) client projects within a practice.  
•Guide and develop individual team members to driving sales, talent management and delivery
•Have a big picture approach, take ownership of the overall project and its end products. Bring in innovative strategies, ideas and structure to run projects  
•Work directly with clients and ensure smooth client interface from beginning to the end of the projects 
•Add value to the design, analysis and implementation of business performance approaches, help the team customize solutions for greater business performance 
•Be a support and business driving unit both internally and externally
•End to end ownership of project delivery leading high impact managers / principals
•Driving thought leadership in projects and coming up with compelling approaches, frameworks, and solutions to client problems
•Leading and delivering high quality client presentations in projects
•Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the project scope and services as per their need
•Maintaining relationships with existing clients
•Tag team with Praxis domain partners in the vertical to bring in their expertise into delivery
•Lead project delivery and manage delivery teams to drive customer wow and delight
•Play active part in recruitment and build project delivery teams in your department

Competencies and skills:

•Minimum 10-12 years of management consulting experience or equivalent at a reputed consulting firm
•Leadership skills - client impact, project management, team motivation and coaching 
•Resourcefulness and tactfulness in getting market inputs and client requirements  
•Ability to work and influence in client settings and work collaboratively with counterparts in teams to drive impact together for clients  
•Deriving rich insights, visualizing and forecasting intricate information using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
•Highly efficient to solve multiple problems independently across projects and drive teams to come up with a practical answer 
•Able to drive to most practical outcomes and high quality in all aspects of day to day work efficiently 
•Strong levels of ownership and should demonstrate pride in output 
•High focus on outcomes and must enjoy driving clients to action 
•Must be a value-driven individual with high degree of integrity
•Led teams based out of multiple locations in prior roles 
•Strong hold on industry specific practice, in-depth understanding about a domain and keen to explore more avenues in consulting 
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Strong ability to frame a problem, define an approach to solve it using the consulting toolkit, and workplanning for the solution delivery
•Proven track record in leading a team of at least 3 consulting teams end to end
•Coach and build skills in delivery teams and be a role model for future managers
•Take full ownership of project delivery through high impact teams
•Excellent communication skills and client management skills
•Ability to understand client's needs and developing trusted relationships
•End to end understanding of the management consulting toolkit and what offerings / horizontal practices will drive commercial opportunities at clients
•Ability to create impactful proposals for specific projects with a tailored approach
•Ability to workplan, define scope and approach for assignments
•Ability to lead and monitor 5-6 project delivery teams, existing relationships in the domain of interest with senior client prospects
