3. PGA Labs focused on technology-led business and market research, known for most accurate and trustable research, and

4. PraxDigital™ delivering data engineering and analytics, AI, OpenData and visualization solutions to clients across verticals.

Present in four strategic locations in India, Praxis Global Alliance works with C-suite to the front-line executives across business streams helping them with end-to-end business enablement, organizational transformation and revenue maximization support in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

•Management of entire accounting record to report transactions & activities, including contracts, client records, accounts receivables & payables management, cash and bank operations, asset accounting, assistance in general ledger scrutiny, finalization of accounts and notes to accounts.
•Handles cash reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, etc.
•Manage internal operations related to purchases, vendor billing, payments, etc. Looking for ways to optimize costs while maintaining quality level
•Day to day cash flow management
•Follow up for billing, invoicing & timely payments
•Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance of all regulatory standards
•Provide necessary MIS for management and other required reportings

Desired background:

•2 years of relevant experience in desired in accounting divisions of corporates or at accountancy firms
•At least a graduate degree, preferably in commerce / accounts
•Knowledge of Indian taxation laws and accounting terms and concepts
•Prior experience and proficiency in working with QuickBooks

Desired Competencies:

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook and communication softwares
•High attention to detail and meticulousness
•Proficient in verbal and written communication
•Ability to learn quickly to be able to understand organizational processes and follow them
•Must be well organized and methodical in approach and be able to manage filing/database system
•Must understand the company policy documentation and how to apply them within day-to-day work and avoid leakages
•Must be a values-driven individual with high degree of integrity
